Create realistic paved surfaces anywhere on your layout. Ideal for use over Smooth-It (785-1452, sold separately) or any other material. Can be applied full-strength, or thinned with water to simulate new or aged asphalt. Can also be mixed with Concrete Top Coat (785-1454, sold separately) for weathered appearance
